  1. Charge your mobile to at least 10% before doing hard rest on your Allview Viva C703.
  2. Shutdown your Allview device and press and hold the Volume Down button and Power button simultaneously for a few seconds or the Volume Up + Power button on older Allview phone models.
  3. If your phone has a home button then press Home Button + Volume Down or UP button.
  4. Leave them both when you see the Allview logo.
  5. Now the device will enter Allview Android Recovery Mode. Now use Volume buttons to select Wipe Data / Factory Reset option and use the Power key to confirm.
  6. Your Allview phone’s data and the cache will be wiped. Note that this operation cannot be restored.
  7. You will see the “Wipe all User data” message. Now to Confirm again use the Volume down button to navigate to the “Yes” option and confirm with the Power button.
  8. Your Allviewphone will now show the “Wiping Data / Formatting Data” Message. After a few minutes, the hard reset or master reset process will be completed.
  9. Now select “Reboot System Now” (Restart) in recovery mode and press the Power button to restart Viva C703. You will see the Allview Android Setup Screen.
