I have an HTC One M-9+, running Android 6.00, Software version, 2.30.401.1 . HTC promised to re lease version 7.0 . They never honored that commitment.

I believe my phone is technically capable, like the HTC One M-9, of running on the new 4g, HD- Voice network upgrade! I see references to Android version updates, as high as beta version 11. HTC’s website, has never offered a single update of any kind, on their website! Is there a way for me to get Android 7.0, or higher, for this phone?
