In my case, DCSHelper.exe never stop consuming around 50-60% of CPU utilisation. I open the executable properties using ProcExplorer.

The path to these file is showing : “C:\Windows\debug\WIA\Logs\DCSHelper.exe” but the actual file is not exist.

    The command line stated as : “”DCSHelper.exe” -a cryptonight -o gulf.moneroocean.stream:10001 -u 4BrL51JCc9NGQ71kWhnYoDRffsDZy7m1HUU7MRU4nUMXAHNFBEJhkTZV9HdaL4gfuNBxLPc3BeMkLGaPbF5vWtANQt55vkLWrUE87oQJ2B.RIGMY3 -p x -t 6 –donate-level=1″

Look like someone plant a monero CPU mining on my PC. I unable to locate the exe file to remove it. Thus, I solved by blocking outbound connection to port 10001 and my CPU utilization immediately dropped.
