Step 2: Press and hold the power button and the volume down button at the same time.
Step 3: You can hear the camera shutter sound which indicates that the screenshot has been taken successfully.

Above instruction does not work. Tried it a dozen times, checked the box my phone came in, checked other websites. They all say hold power and down volume at the same time. It doesn’t take a screenshot. In fact, if you hold it for too long it restarts your phone.
Just hold the down button and the power button dissent work if you hold both up and down volume only works with down volume and power button
