i use a HTC desire 816G whenever i take a screenshot it gives me an error message saying “couldnt capture screenshots”.how do i solve this problem.
You have to Press and hold POWER & VOLUME DOWN buttons at the same time, then wait for few seconds , if screenshot is not taken press those buttons again for a few seconds and leave it. The screenshot on your HTC desire will be saved in your Screenshot album folder in Gallery.
