Method 1: Run the Blue Screen Troubleshooter

Method 2: Resetting TCP/IP

Method 4: De-activating and uninstalling third party anti-viruses

This might feel silly or ridiculous at first, but sometimes disabling third party antiviruses is all that is to be done.
