The Nothing Phone 1 has released a beta version of its new software, Nothing OS 1.5.1, based on Android 13. The update is available through the open beta program for the Nothing Phone 1, but only a select group of users who signed up for the program have received it.
If you did not receive the update, you can still download and install it manually by following these steps below.

Install Nothing Os 1.5.1 beta 2 manually with firmware zip file on Nothing Phone 1
To install nothing os 1.5.1 beta 2 follow the below steps one by one.
- Open a file manager and go to internal storage.
- Create a new folder inside internal storage named “OTA.”
- Move the downloaded update zip file to the “OTA” folder.
- Go to the Phone Dialer app on your Nothing Phone 1 and type *#*#682#*#*
- This will open the Side loading update tool.
- Choose the local zip file in the “OTA” folder.
- Click “Proceed and Reboot” to start the update.
- Make sure your Nothing Phone 1 is charged at least 50% before beginning the update.
- After the update is complete, your Nothing Phone 1 will reboot.
