Do you have an intel i5 and good graphics like GTX 1660 and above and still you are experiencing frame drops and the frame rate is not stable. You are not alone, I have been experiencing the same. We have found some solutions that you can try to fix the frame drops and frame stability issues caused by intel or AMD CPU even though you have good CPU power and Graphics card.
Change MotherBoard BIOS Settings
Shutdown or restart your computer.
Go to your Motherboard BIOS settings by pressing the F12 or Delete key based on your Manufacuturer.
Then go to Virtualization tab and make sure virtualization is disabled for CPU.
In our testing we found that enabling CPU virutalization is affecting Fortnite Season 4.
After disabling the CPU virtualization we were able to get steady frame rates on Fortnite latest season.
This might be because how graphics drivers work with and without Virtualization feature.
