NVIDIA Telemetry Container service – Startup Type = Automatic
After checking if you found that one of the Nvidia services are not running right click on the service and click on Properties option.


Here you can change the Startup Type of the service. After changing you have to click on Apply button.
Now check whether the Error Code 0x0001 is fixed by restarting your computer and opening the NVIDIA GeForce Experience.
